Flying Rat #164

A. Go back to the car to get back into it and make a U-turn.
B. Go back to Red Wing Ave. and turn right (East) onto it.
C. Turn right (South/Southwest) onto Plumbbob Ave. when you get back to it
and then follow this street as it curves to the right (East) turning into
Muskteer Ave.
D. Get out of the car as you get to Chariot Ave. and then walk up the
center of the onramp/offramp of the Skyway you see to the left (North).
E. As you reach the top of this ramp walk towards the center divider you
see up ahead and you will see the 164th Flying Rat to the right on the edge
of it.
Flying Rat #165
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Go back to the car and walk onto the grass to the South.
B. Run To the West along this grass and you will eventually see a staircase
you come to up ahead.
C. Go up to the top of this staircase and then go to the left (East) along
the walkway at the top of this staircase.
D. After you go through the tree that is covering this walkway up ahead look
to the right and you will see the 165th Flying Rat on the pipe just South of
the one that runs along the South side of this walkway.
Flying Rat #166

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Follow this street until it curves to the left (North) and ends at a
parking lot for the Prison and then get out of the car.
C. Go up the staircase you see in the distance to the right (East) and then
follow the walkway to the left at the top of the stairs.
D. Follow this walkway around the corner to the right (East) and then to the
left (North) up ahead.
E. You should see a half sunken ship to the right as you go along this
walkway and as you get closer to the wheel room (bridge) of the ship you
should see the 166th Flying Rat on the edge of the roof next to the wheel
room.
Flying Rat #167
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.
B. Drive back the way you came and then turn right (North) onto Storax Rd.
C. Turn right (Northeast) onto Grenadier St. and follow this street as it
curves to the left (North).
D. Turn right (East) onto Toggle Ave. and then get out of the car as you get
to Grommet St.
E. Climb up onto one of the dumpsters you see to the right (Southeast) and
then climb up onto the roof of the building this dumpster is next to.
F. Climb up onto the sloping portion of rooftop you see here to get up to the
higher part of this rooftop.
G. Climb up onto the rooftop to the right (Southwest) and you should see the
167th Flying Rat on this rooftop at the center of it.
Flying Rat #168 & #169
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and turn left (Northwest) onto Grommet St.
B. Follow this street as it curves to the left (East) and then get out of the
car as you get to Latchkey Ave.
C. Go across the street to the Southeast and walk South along the
road/walkway you see here (the one that the radar shows as a road/walkway).
D. As you go down this walkway/road walk onto the grass to the left (East)
of it and you should see the 168th Flying Rat on the ground here near the
wall.
E. Look up on top of the wall near the previous Flying Rat and you should see
the 169th Flying Rat here.
Flying Rat #170
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and turn right (North) onto Latchkey Ave.
B. Turn right (East) onto Barsac Ave. and pull up to the gate on the right
up ahead for it to open up for you (or smash through it your choice).
C. Follow this road behind the gate as it curves to the left (North) up
ahead (use the radar to keep you on the road) and then get out of the
car after you go under the rooftop that extends over this road up ahead.
D. Go to the Warehouse you see to the Northeast with the large red tank in
front of it and make your way to the East side of the Eastern most
warehouse from here.
E. Climb up onto the shipping container you find on this side of this
warehouse and then climb up onto the next shipping container that is next
to the warehouse to find the 170th Flying Rat on top of this shipping
container.
Flying Rat #171
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this road.
B. Follow this road as it curves to the right (East) up ahead and then to
the left (North).
C. As you reach the end of this road turn right (East) and then follow this
road as it curves to the left (North).
D. After it curves get out of the car near the warehouse/building you see on
the right side of the street up ahead.
E. Make your way to the East from here to the East side of the Eastern most
warehouse/building here.
F. Go to the Northeastern corner of the fence you find on this side of this
building/warehouse and you will find the 171st Flying Rat here at the
water’s edge.
Flying Rat #172
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this road.
B. Follow this road as it curves to the left (West) up ahead and then turn
right (North) onto the road that leads to another gate you see here.
C. Pull up or smash through the gate here and then get out of the car as you
start to go up the hill up ahead.
D. Go around to the small wall behind the large propeller sculpture/artwork
you see to the left (West) and you should see the 172nd Flying Rat on the
wall here.
Flying Rat #173
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Walk over to the wall to the South and then follow this wall to the right
(West).
B. Hop over the wall when it is short enough to do so and then go to the
right West on the other side of this wall.
C. As you reach the railing up ahead you should see a staircase to the left
(South).
D. Go up that staircase and then go to the railing you see at the far side of
this platform to the right (West) at the top of the stairs (you may want to
go South along the railing first so that you don’t take too much damage from
the drop).
E. Follow the tracks you land on to the right (North) and you will see the
173rd Flying Rat on the tracks to the right near the end of the tracks.
Flying Rat #174
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Make your way back to the car to get into it and then continue straight
along this road.
B. Follow this road as it curves to the left (Northwest) and then turn right
(North/Northeast) onto Roebuck Rd.
C. Turn right (East) onto Asahara Rd. and then turn left (North/Northeast)
onto Rand Ave.
D. Get out of the car after you make the turn and then go up the two steps
you see to the right (East/Southeast).
E. Follow the walkway at the top of those steps to the East and go around the
corner of the fence/wall up ahead to the right.
F. As you approach the next corner of this wall look up on top of this wall
and you will find the 174th Flying Rat near the Southern edge of this wall.
Flying Rat #175
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Walk east from this edge of the wall and you should see the helipad up
ahead.
B. Go to the doorway of the security booth you see in front of the helipad
and then walk North from here.
C. You should see in front of you (to the left) two walkway ramps meeting up
and if you look at the space under the Northern most ramp you will find the
175th Flying Rat under it.
Flying Rat #176

A. Get back into the car and continue straight up the hill along this street.
B. Turn right (East) onto Applewhite St. when you come to it and then get out
of the car just before you reach the bottom of the hill on this street.
C. Look up to the right (South/Southwest) and you should see the 176th Flying
Rat on the Western end of the railing on top of the wall here.
Flying Rat #177

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn
B. Get out of the car at the bus shelter you see to the right after you go
pass Rand Ave. and then look behind you to the North/Northeast.
C. You should see a “Crime” billboard on top of a building here.
D. Go up the fire escape on the West side of that building to reach the
roof and then make your way over to the front of that “Crime” Billboard.
E. Look up at the front of this billboard and you should see the 177th Flying
Rat on the walkway along the bottom of this billboard.
Flying Rat #178

A. Go back to the car and go onto the sidewalk the bus shelter is on.
B. Walk South/Southwest along this sidewalk and as you walk along this
sidewalk you should see the 178th Flying Rat on a wall to the right just
before you reach a small bridge.
Flying Rat #179

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.
B. Drive back the way you came and turn left (North) onto Rand Ave.
C. Turn left (West) onto Hubbard Ave. and then get out of the car after you
make the turn.
D. Climb over the fence you see in the distance to the right (North) and then
look to the Northwest.
E. You should see a blank white billboard in the distance.
F. Head over to that billboard and you will see the 179th Flying Rat on the
rooftop just below that billboard.
Flying Rat #180 & #181
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. You will eventually see up ahead the street will curve to the right
(North) and instead of following it turn left (South) onto the smaller road
at the curve here.
C. After you make the turn get out of the car near the red awning in front of
the building to the left and then look up behind you to the left (Northeast)
to see the 180th Flying Rat on the Northern end of the balcony of this
building here.
D. As you stand next to the car also look up to the right (West) and you
should see the 181st Flying Rat at the corner edge of the low rooftop of this
building here.
Flying Rat #182
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.
B. Drive back the way you came and then turn right (East) onto Hubbard Ave.
C. Turn left (North) onto Catskill Ave. and then turn right (East) onto
Franklin St.
D. Get out of the car after you make the turn and go down the alley you see
across the street to the left (Northwest).
E. Climb up the ladder you find at the side of the building at the North end
of this alley and then climb up the ladder you see to the right (East) at
the top of this ladder at the side of the building next door to this one.
F. As you reach the top of this shorter ladder you will see the 182nd Flying
Rat on top of a pipe above the roof access door at the center of this
rooftop.
Flying Rat #183

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Get out of the car as you get to Applewhite St. and then go across the
street to the East.
C. Go down the hill just pass the pile of debri/trash you see here and hop
over the fence you see at the bottom of the hill.
D. When you land on the beach below you should see a wooden ramp here to the
right (Southeast) and if you look under that ramp you will see the 183rd
Flying Rat under it.
Flying Rat #184

A. Make your way back to the car to get back into it and then make a U-turn.
B. Drive back the way you came and turn right (North) onto Bridger St.
C. Get out of the car as you get to first traffic light you come to and then
walk down the walkway between the trees you see here to the right (East).
D. As you walk along this walkway look to the right and you should see the
184th Flying Rat on the grass near the trunk of the tree.
Flying Rat #185

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn right (Northwest) onto Flathead Rd. and then turn right (North) onto
Ortiz Rd.
C. Look to the right (Northeast) and you should see the 185th Flying Rat on
the air conditioner near the Northwestern corner of this building.
Flying Rat #186
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn right (East) onto Cariboo Ave. and then turn left (North) onto
Tenmile St.
C. Turn right (East) onto Owl Creek Ave. and then get out of the car after
you go pass Big Horn Drive.
D. Go around to the back (Southeastern) corner of the house you see to the
right (Southwest) and then look to the South/Southeast from this back corner
of this house to see the 186th Flying Rat on the brick post next to a
staircase here.
Flying Rat #187
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn left (Northeast) onto Sacramento Ave. and then turn left (North) onto
Beaverhead Ave.
C. You should see up ahead the street will start to curve to the left (West)
and you will want to get out of the car near the light pole that you see to
the right just before it starts curving to the left (West).
D. Hop over the wall to the right (East) and then climb up onto the grassy
hill on the other side of this wall in front of you and
E. climb up onto the grassy ledge you see to the left (North) and walk North
along the grass here to find the 187th Flying Rat among the tall grass/weeds
between the two trees here.
Flying Rat #188

A. Get back into the car and follow this street as it curves to the left
(West).
B. Get out of the car across from the first billboard you see on the left
side of the street.
C. Hop over the guard rail to the right (North) and then go down the hill in
front of you.
D. When you reach the bottom of the hill walk to the right (East) and go
under the bridge/road here.
E. As you go under this bridge/road look to the right (South) and you should
see the 188th Flying Rat on the ground here.
Flying Rat #189
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn left (South) onto Cassiar Ave. and then turn right (West) onto Big
Horn Drive.
C. Get out of the car near the first light pole you come to on the right side
of the street after you make the turn and then climb up onto the wall you see
at the top of the small grassy hill to the left (South).
D. Look up to the left (Southeast) and you should see the 189th Flying Rat on
the post of the fence here.
Flying Rat #190

A. Get back into the car and follow this street as it curves to the left
(South).
B. Follow this street as curves to the right (West) down a hill and then get
out of the car at the end of the curve.
C. Go to the wall across the street to the left (Southeast) and climb up onto
the shorter part of the wall here.
D. Look to the right (West) when you are standing on top of this wall and you
should see the 190th Flying Rat on top of this wall near the tree here.
Flying Rat #191
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn left (South/Southwest) onto Beaverhead Ave. and then get out of the
car halfway through the curve up ahead between the two parking lot entrances.
C. Go to the Northeastern corner of the building you see to the right
(Southwest) and climb up onto the payphones you see at this corner of the
building under the circular “Checkout” Sign
D. Climb up onto the slanted roof of the building you are near and then climb
up onto the roof of this building.
E. Climb up onto the higher rooftop to the right (West) and then look to the
left (South) to see the 191st Flying Rat on the bottom support bar at the
Western side of the Eastern most water tower on this rooftop.
Flying Rat #192

A. Get back into the car and continue to follow this street as it curves to
the left (East) and then turn right (South) onto Flathead Rd.
B. Turn right (West) onto Manzano Rd. and then turn left (Southeast) onto
Long John Ave.
C. Get out of the car as you go pass the payphones you see on the right and
then walk up the stairs to the entrance of the hospital to the right
(Southwest).
D. Just before entering the hospital at the top of the stairs walk to the
left (Southeast) and you should see the 192nd Flying Rat on the cement
planter here.
Flying Rat #193

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn right (Southwest) onto Bowline and then get out of the car after you
go pass Panhandle Rd.
C. Walk over to the corner of the sidewalk you are near to the Northwest and
walk along the sidewalk here to the West.
D. As you walk along this sidewalk you will eventually see a staircase to the
left up ahead.
E. Go up that staircase and you will see the 193rd Flying Rat on the grass to
the right (West) at the top of this staircase.
Flying Rat #194

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Turn left (East) onto Lyndon Ave. and then follow this street as it curves
to the right (South) up ahead.
C. Get out of the car as you get to Jonestown Ave. and then go to the front
of the building to the left (East).
D. You should see a staircase in front of this building and just to the right
(East) of this staircase you should see a fence here.
E. Look over the (Western) part of the fence closest to this staircase and
you will see the 194th Flying Rat here on the ground.
Flying Rat #195

A. Get back into the car and turn right (West) onto Jonestown Ave. and then
get out of the car when you get to Myung.
B. Go up the staircase you see just across the street to the West/Northwest
and you will see the 195th Flying Rat on the wall to the right (North) at the
top of this staircase.
Flying Rat #196

A. Get back into the car and turn left (South) onto Myung.
B. Turn left (East) onto Koresh Sq. and then turn right (South) at the first
traffic light you come to.
C. Turn right (West) at the end of this street and then get out of the car
as you get to Babbage Drive.
D. Go around to the Southwest corner of the building you see to the left
(South) and then look to the Southwest from this corner of the building to
see the 196th Flying Rat on the ground among the bushes near the wall here.
Flying Rat #197

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Follow this street as it curves to the right (North) and then turn left
(West) onto Vitullo Ave.
C. Get out of the car after you make the turn and then go to the corner of
the sidewalk you are near to the right (North).
D. Walk North along this sidewalk here and you should see a staircase up
ahead as this sidewalk curves to the right (East).
E. Look up on the wall just to the right (North/Northeast) of that staircase
and you should see the 197th Flying Rat on top of the wall here.
Flying Rat #198

A. Get back into the car and continue straight along this street.
B. Get out of the car just before this street curves to the left (South)
and go up that rocky hill you see in front of the high wall up ahead to the
West/Northwest.
C. Look to the right near the top of this rocky hill and you should see the
198th Flying Rat on this rocky hill near the wall.
Flying Rat #199

A. Get back into the car and follow this street as it curves to the left
(South) and then turn left (East) onto Drebbel.
B. Get out of the car as you get to Babbage Drive and then climb up onto the
roof of the small construction trailer you see to the right (South) near the
telephone pole here.
C. Look at the East side of this trailer’s rooftop and you should see the
199th Flying Rat at that edge of the roof.
Flying Rat #200
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.
B. Drive back the way you came and then turn left (South) onto Vitullo Ave.
C. Turn right (Northwest) onto Kemeny St. and then turn right (Northeast)
onto Aspdin Drive.
D. Get out of the car near the second telephone pole you come to along the
sidewalk to the right.
E. Go up the stairs in front of the house to the right (Northeast) and when
you get to the front door look down over the railing to the left (North).
F. If you are at the correct front door you should see down below the 200th
(Final) Flying Rat down below at the corner of the wall.
Congratulations, You have now exterminated the Flying Rat population on all
the Islands and have unlocked the Annihilator Helicopter.
